CC20038B-FA Fast Switch Speed No Noise Spark High Reliability LED Display Three Phase AC Contactless Contactor is a new contactless switch device which combines power electronics technology with microelectronics technology. It has the advantages of fast switching speed, no noise, no spark, shock resistance and long life. It has the functions of over temperature alarm, over temperature protection, SCR fault detection, no ground or zero line phase missing protection, protection action buzzer alarm and so on. The high quality thyristor chip and imported chip are used in the selection of power device strictly. It has high VRRM value of VDRM and built-in resistive and capacitive protection to ensure the reliability of the product. The working principle is the same as the traditional AC contactor, and it can replace the soft starting of the motor when the starting requirement of the motor is not high, so it is the replacement product of the traditional AC contactor.

5.Over-voltage, overcurrent protection: when the load is inductive or capacitive, it may produce a momentary voltage greater than the SCR can withstand and thus be broken down. Therefore, there is RC protection inside the product to prevent the surge voltage from damaging the SCR, at the same time, the additional varistor can be added to prevent the overvoltage, the area of the additional varistor determines the absorption power, the thickness determines the protection voltage value, and the user can choose according to the actual situation. Overcurrent and load short circuit are the main causes of permanent damage to the internal SCR, so appropriate air switches and fast fuses should be installed.
6. Installation, maintenance instructions: the installation should be good heat dissipation, wiring should be reliable, if the connection loose, will cause too large wiring resistance, so that the contact point current density increase, heating increase, may damage the power device. Because contactless contactor, solid state relay, forward and reverse turn module, voltage regulation module of power device exist 5-10mA leakage current, RC resistance and capacitance absorption will also produce leakage current, so please disconnect the circuit breaker during maintenance.
