By limiting the starting current and starting torque, the soft starter is able to reliably prevent mechanical shock and grid voltage drop during starting. By controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor, the motor starting voltage is reduced and raised to the rated voltage within the set starting time. With this stepless control of the motor voltage, the motor can be regulated according to the load characteristics of the driven machine, gently accelerating the mechanical equipment.

Note:
CK60 built-in bypass economic soft starter adopts two start-stop control methods: panel giving and control terminal (two-wire and three-wire) giving.
1. Two-wire control is hold signal, three-wire control is trigger signal.
2. When two-wire control is adopted, panel control is invalid.
3. When three-wire control is used, panel control is effective.
4. When panel control is adopted, X3 and COM must be kept closed.
5. External button signal should be kept >200ms to be valid, <200ms to be invalid.
