CK70 Built-In Bypass Soft Starter with DSP Central Processing Unit

The CK70 series intelligent soft starter with built-in bypass is an optimized upgrade from our CK60 economic soft starter, offering significantly improved performance for high-performance drive control of general machinery.

Operating Principle

By limiting starting current and torque, the soft starter prevents mechanical shock and power grid voltage drops during startup. It reduces motor voltage through SCR conduction angle control, gradually increasing to rated voltage within set time. This stepless control enables gentle acceleration tailored to load characteristics, improving operational performance while reducing maintenance costs and extending equipment lifespan.
